Renovations

We perform extensive renovations on old and important residential buildings and perform simple, smaller renovations on not-so-old homes and apartment buildings - and pretty much everything in between.

Some examples of renovation projects are:

• Re-building a nice but structurally unsound and neglected front porch
• Taking an outdated living room and making it "current" with flat screen television and stone fireplace
• Shoring up a foundation, re-enforcing a floor system, and installing all new hardwood floors
• Rebuilding an old, dilapidated handrail and banister system to its original glory
