HELP REMODELING

Kitchen Remodeling

Trust your kitchen remodeling project to the professionals at Help Remodeling.

We specialize in turning drab, tired, or outdated kitchens into exciting, beautiful, and oh-so-today kitchens. From initial, conceptual design option presentations to installing and testing the last appliance, we do it all.

We take full responsibility for the entire project while minimizing inconveniences to you. We are capable and qualified to take on the largest and most complicated kitchen remodeling project and interested in, and efficient at, completing minor kitchen updates. Our craftspeople are committed to making your new kitchen a kitchen you, and they, can be proud of.

Whether your interest is in a kitchen remodel that might be considered a major overhaul or a minor tweaking, we can help. We have experience with all types and all size projects.

Some sample projects we have completed include:

A Total Kitchen Remodel

  • A recent total kitchen remodeling project included re-designing the kitchen totally.
  • We designed a space that eliminated a small desk and the wall behind it, removed a walk-in pantry, and flattened a vaulted ceiling over the breakfast table area.
  • The new kitchen design relocated the location of the refrigerator, cooktop and wall ovens, and added a terrific wet bar area with under-counter wine refrigeration.
  • We designed a new, much larger island that provided more than enough room for prepping, cooking, and countertop eating.
  • The cabinets we installed were flush panel, full-overlay, mahogany finish wood with stainless steel hardware and well-lighted, glass front upper display sections.
  • The appliances we installed were all professional, chef-grade and complemented the granite tops, new recessed and pendant lights, and natural cork floor.
  • We even updated the laundry room while were there with new cabinets more countertop space, and added a cabinet for brooms and cleaning supplies.

A Kitchen Remodel Using Existing Cabinetry

  • We recently helped update a kitchen using primarily existing cabinets.
  • The existing cabinets were re-arranged to eliminate a peninsula and add a large, eat-at island with wine storage below.
  • We removed a decaying bay window unit and replaced it with a new, energy-efficient picture window and replaced the drafty window over the sink with a new like-size, maintenance-free window.
  • We eliminated a double-door pantry and made room for the installation of a new, wall-mounted flat-screen television.
  • We utilized some of the peninsula cabinets to create a computer workstation area along the side wall of the former breakfast table area.
  • New, solid-surface tops were installed, all of the cabinets re-painted, and new cabinet hardware was installed to make the kitchen look brand new.
  • We removed old pine floors, installed new, pre-finished oak flooring, painted the walls a trendy, yet complimentary color, and added new recessed and pendent lights.

A Kitchen Update with New Cabinet Doors, Drawer Fronts, and New Crown Molding

  • Our customer wanted to preserve the layout of the kitchen yet give the kitchen a new, updated look - and do so on a tight budget.
  • We met the challenge by suggesting an update rather than a complete overhaul.
  • We replaced the existing flush panel, melamine doors and drawers with new, almond-colored raised panel doors and drawer fronts and installed new door and drawer handles (the former doors were the type that were not designed for hardware so even this seemingly minor change appeared quite dramatic).
  • We also added matching crown molding throughout, further softening the new look and creating added contrast to the prior utilitarian look of the original kitchen.
  • New paint and a couple of great new light fixtures added final touches of drama to a bargain kitchen remodeling project that did not look like a bargain at all.

So, whether you are considering a total overhaul and reconfiguration of your kitchen or just want a little update, call us. We can help.
