Whether your interest is in a bathroom remodel that might be considered a major overhaul or a minor tweaking, we can help. We have experience with all types and all size projects. Some sample projects we have completed include: A Total Master Bath Remodel - A recent total master bathroom remodeling project included a re-design of the room, relocation of most fixtures, and adding a new extra-large, jetted tub.
- We designed a new bathroom configuration that required eliminating an existing wall to expand into adjacent attic space.
- An old vanity cabinet and single bowl top was removed as was a too-small fiberglass shower unit.
- A new room-for-two shower was built and faced with tumbled marble tiles and decorative, complementary listellos.
- The tub base and platform was faced with matching tiles the tub was set to allow for seating around the tub.
- A custom-built, eight foot long, all-cherry wood vanity was installed and topped with a single piece of granite and a pair of under-mount bowls.
- Oil-rubbed bronze faucets, handles, and hand-held body sprays were installed as was a 3/8" thick, clear glass frameless shower door that really showed off the beautiful tile.
- A pair of unique, craftsman-style cherry wood framed mirrors were installed over the vanity bowls and topped by funky wall-mount light fixtures.
- Finally, a new walnut pre-finished floor was installed and the room was painted a very warm gold/beige color that brought together all the colors and textures and created a whole new "mood" for the room.
Guest Bathroom Remodel - When our customer asked us if we could remodel their guest bath in time for company in just a few weeks, we jumped at the challenging opportunity (and finished with time to spare)
- Because of the looming deadline, we suggested replacing the existing vanity with a readily-available, nice but "stock" unit.
- We built a new tile platform for the large tub that would serve as the tub for the now larger tub/shower combination.
- Drywall replaced the wood paneling and tiles that were complementary to the tub base and shower walls tile was installed on the floor.
- The existing vanity top and bowl was replaced over the new vanity and the existing toilet was re-installed.
- An attic access door was dressed with molding and new hardware and a new light fixture was installed over the new mirror.
- New faucets and towel bars added an unexpected level of change to the now totally different looking room.
- The walls and ceiling were painted a color that complemented the furniture in the adjacent bedroom and a heavy, clear glass half-panel shwer door was installed that allowed for easy movement into the tub/shower and showed the beauty of the tile and new fixtures.
Powder Room Remodel - Our customer wanted a totally new look but knew there was not much other than fixtures and finishes changes that could realistically be done to create the change envisioned (it was, after all, a powder room).
- We replaced the dated vanity and top with a beautiful pedestal sink, making the room feel immediately more spacious.
- We remove the hardwood floor and installed what can best be described as a large pebble tile floor (for a really different look).
- We installed a new toilet, a new light fixture, and really cool looking mirror, and painted the walls an indescribable faux finish color that looked great (and certainly better than we can describe in words).
